WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-conscious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest experience that is beyond their expectations. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus!

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE POSITION:

• The desire to be an integral part of a growing Housekeeping Team
• Ability to interact with the public and co-workers in a friendly, professional manner
• The ability to work both independently and within a team, often with little supervision
• A customer service-oriented attitude and demeanor
• Ability to lift 50lbs. on a consistent basis throughout the shift

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing assigned public areas throughout the resort, ensuring all areas are left disinfected, organized, and tidy
• Empty trash cans and clean/sanitize all restrooms, mirrors, windows, carpets, floors, and other surfaces as assigned
• Clean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces, keeping everything shiny
• Vacuum carpets where needed
• Follows all departmental policies, procedures, and standards of cleanliness when performing tasks
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service and information to our guests
• Maintains an accurate inventory of supplies; ensures all necessary supplies and tools are present at the start of shift and replenishes accordingly as needed
• Acknowledges and complies with all safety & emergency procedures
