Seasonal Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

The hired candidate will have the opportunity to administer our resort security programs to guard against theft, vandalism, violence or other threats against the resort, guests and employees. Candidates must be willing to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. We are also accepting applications for anyone meeting the criteria but only interested in a casual, needs-based schedule.


Job Specifications

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Patrol resort facility either on foot or in a marked patrol vehicle and serve as a general security/public safety presence to deter inappropriate activity.
  • Answers radio calls from the switchboard or other departments with requests for assistance.
  • Respond to emergency situations involving guests and employees by following Seven Springs Emergency Response Plan.
  • Interact with guests of the resort to provide legendary customer service and assistance when needed.
  • Monitor and secure bar/lounge areas to maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board laws and resort house policies.
  • Assist with internal investigations relating to sensitive security issues involving both guests and resort employees.
  • Participate in as-necessary briefings with Security and Resort Public Safety Manager and prepare detailed reports concerning matters investigated and work performed.
  • Coordinate with Guest Information pertaining to resort’s lost & found services.
  • Provide assistance to other resort departments as needed regarding safety and security matters.
  • Enforce and maintain safe, orderly parking throughout designated resort parking areas when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Clear criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
  • Previous experience in security services or law enforcement preferred.
  • RAMP certification on day of orientation.
  • Basic First Aid & CPR.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve in adverse situations.

Personal Protective Equipment Recommended & Required

  • Recommended- Proper footwear for standing and walking- wet walking surfaces


The budgeted range starts at $20. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
