The Resource Management Specialist will work with recruiters to interview, hire and place candidates on government contracts. The specialist will work under the direction of the QVine Resource Staffing Manager.

• Possess strong technical writing skills.
• Possess an upbeat and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage the staffing process for candidates from start to finish.
• Ability to conduct candidate interviews.
• Ability to gain a thorough understanding of QVine’s company's policies and mission, explaining them to candidates during the interview process.
• Ability to work in a wide range of positions and contracts and become familiar with all open positions.
• Ability to format resumes for each contract to which candidates are submitted.
• Ability to consult directly with hiring managers on desired candidate profiles.
• Ability to document candidate evaluations that encourage and support diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to collaborate with Resource Staffing Manager and Recruiters on compensation and benefits to create competitive pay packages for all talent.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to take direction well.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team, take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, and a sense of urgency.
• Possess superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Possess excellent organizational and follow up skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Have a general understanding of current software and hardware tools and technologies.
• Ability to match candidates’ skills with open positions.
• Bachelor's Degree - desired
• Experience working within the technical staffing lifecycle - desired
