Job description
The Resource Management Specialist will work with recruiters to interview, hire and place candidates on government contracts. The specialist will work under the direction of the QVine Resource Staffing Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Possess strong technical writing skills.
- Possess an upbeat and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage the staffing process for candidates from start to finish.
- Ability to conduct candidate interviews.
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of QVine’s company's policies and mission, explaining them to candidates during the interview process.
- Ability to work in a wide range of positions and contracts and become familiar with all open positions.
- Ability to format resumes for each contract to which candidates are submitted.
- Ability to consult directly with hiring managers on desired candidate profiles.
- Ability to document candidate evaluations that encourage and support diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to collaborate with Resource Staffing Manager and Recruiters on compensation and benefits to create competitive pay packages for all talent.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to take direction well.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team, take initiative and be self-motivated.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, and a sense of urgency.
- Possess superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess excellent organizational and follow up skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Have a general understanding of current software and hardware tools and technologies.
- Ability to match candidates’ skills with open positions.
- Bachelor's Degree - desired
- Experience working within the technical staffing lifecycle - desired
