We are actively seeking a Director, Community Living Services to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for the management of all Community Living Services programs; Independent Living Services, Tailored Day Services Option, Supported Living Services, In-Home Respite Services, Out-of-Home Respite/Respite House and the CLS Social/Recreational Program.
The Director of Community Living Services oversees a management team to ensure each program is in compliance with San Diego Regional Center (SDRC), Department of Development Services (DDS) and Community Care Licensing (CCL) guidelines while providing a high quality of service to clients and/or families.

A typical day will include:
- Strategize and drive all programs in the CLS departments.
- Developing and managing program budget; ensures best practices.
- Supervision of all Community Living Service management team and direct support professionals.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- B.S. in related field
- (3) years of experience in an operational leadership role leading diverse work teams, developing strategy for program excellence, and partnering with senior leadership
- Results-proven experience in engaging community partners to drive solutions
- Supervisory experience
- Understanding and applicable related experience of case management
We’d love it if you:
- Have experience using electronic case management systems (Therap)
- Have experience in referral and funding procedures with the DoR and SDRC
- Master’s in related field
