Description:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant operation including its financial results and delivering a consistent exceptional guest experience. They must plan, organize, direct, and control all restaurant activities and operations plus make effective and objective decisions regarding operational choices in work procedures, inventory allocations, ordering, hiring, scheduling and other situations where multiple factors must be considered and weighed to maximize operating results. The restaurant manager must observe and enforce all operational and company policies and ensure all employees adhere to company procedures. They emphasize and role model company customer service standards and maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observing company dress code. This position is responsible for hitting financial budgets, guest experience, employee scheduling, controlling labor and other overhead costs. • Front of hours o Available to work day and nights; also available 7 days a week o 10hr days and 50hr weeks and 2 days off in a row
