We are a multi-unit Franchisee with 2 Dairy Queen/Orange Julius's in Oahu.
We are currently looking for an Store Manager for our DQ OJ location at the Windward Mall in Kaneohe.
The Manager will have a team of 10 - 14 crew and as a team will help grow the business and create a fun work environment. You are an individual who wants to grow with our company and has a solid work history and work references.
Responsibilities:
- Motivates team members to increase sales and profit
- Responsibility for running the entire store. Scheduling, hiring, training, inventory management and ordering, cleanliness, morale and creating a fun environment where everyone prospers.
- Foster a culture of "total customer experience"
- Takes initiative
- Coach and develop team members
- Ability to open and close the store
- Work hours as the business dictates
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
Our ideal candidate would have: 1-2 years QSR management experience or restaurant management experience
- Is dedicated to training and coaching a team to success
- LOVES to do it right the first time and enjoys systems and routines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

This position is Full Time (40-45 hours/wk.)

Job Type: Full-time with flexible hours. Most between 10 am and 9:00 pm. Schedule is flexible, but must be available for weekday and weekend shifts.
