• Opening a new restaurant
• Taking reservations/catering
• With upscale dining
• Training a new team

Roles & Responsibilities of our Leaders:

• Establish excellent and GENUINE guest relations, ensure guest satisfaction and lead your teams by example
• Care for our team as a family
• Identify and develop future leaders
• Respond to any possible guest issue (though rare) in a genuine and timely manner to ensure all guests leave happy
• Manage and fully understand the backend of our POS system (TOAST) with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure the profitability of The Shed restaurant by operating within company budgets
• Ensure that all daily/weekly restaurant administrative work and workgroup tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
