The position of Retail Leasing Coordinator for North American Properties Atlanta will report to the Vice President of Leasing. The person serving in this role is an integral member of the leasing team, providing support to all members of the team as well as performing the following duties:
- Manage cloud-based technology platforms used both internally and externally to streamline reporting and critical Examples include VTS, Salesforce, Domo
- Managing all aspects of the commission program – including but not limited to reviewing leases and LOIs in order to calculate commission amounts, preparing & finalizing the commission agreement, packaging tenant rep commission agreement pay requests for payment, preparing inter-company invoices, and tracking all aspects to completion.
- Maintaining / updating leasing exclusives, prohibited uses, co-tenancy requirements, and covenants list(s)
- Assist with preparing tenant allowance pay requests packages / tracking payments
- Assist with obtaining landlord & tenant signatures on documents via DocuSign
- Coordination of travel for the leasing team
- Coding, submitting and tracking expense reports for the leasing team
- Assisting with review/coding and submitting of invoices
- Coordination of all ICSC events and materials
- Planning and execution of broker events
- Assist with scheduling various meetings and calls using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Attend weekly leasing team meetings
- Assist with maintaining various legal documents such as contracts, leases, amendments, title commitments, exception documents, surveys and closing binders.
- Assisting Senior Vice President of Leasing with miscellaneous duties as needed including but not limited to taking meeting minutes
- Maintaining and organize the cloud-based filing system
- Miscellaneous general office support duties as needed
- Other duties as needed by the leasing team
Qualifications:
- College degree required; experience in commercial real-estate preferred
- Command of business English and able to prepare correspondence using correct grammar, spelling and
- Keyboard proficient
- Ability to perform and apply basic math skills required in real estate including calculation of percentages & ratios
- Read and interpret instructions and understand multiple step instructions
- Tech-savvy
Physical Demands:
- Sit for long periods of time – up to 6 hours per 8-hour workday
- Use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or a keyboard
- Make fast & repetitive movements with fingers, hands & wrists
- Lift or move up to 15 pounds
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch

Position Details:
This position is a salaried, full-time, 40 hours a week, in-office position, primarily located at the Atlanta corporate office. NAPA offers a competitive compensation package offering benefits, 401k, paid time off and paid holidays.
