Job Description:

• Motivated team member being able to show up on time to scheduled shifts, adapt to change quickly, active on the job, fast learner, critical thinker, problem solver, etc.
• Engage customers with friendly service and helpful attitude, manage and direct multiple phone lines utilizing effective communication skills.
• Process transactions through POS terminals accepting cash, credit cards, and giving change. Also have to help customers with returns, refunds, and resolve common complaints.
• Being able to restock products on the floor, put price tags on products, and attach price tags on products.
• Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
• Report issues with equipment.

Position Requirements:

• An Associate’s degree or high school diploma.
• Retail sales experience. (Preferred)
• A professional appearance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
