The Sales Supervisor reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for opening and/or closing shifts. This is a commission-eligible, full time, hourly, non-exempt position with full benefits and some amazing employee perks.
Our ideal person has at least one year of retail experience, is reliable, confident and outgoing, works well in a team environment, and can work a flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays). Standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs. is a requirement.
Work contributes to the mission of Pacific Whale Foundation, a 501(c)(3), protecting the ocean through science and advocacy and inspiring environmental stewardship.
Pay from $19.00 + commission based on skills and experience. Commission can add up to 20% to base pay!
MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE ON MAUI.
