Job Description: Store Manager

The store’s success will depend on the Store Manager’s ability to build a team of talented stylists who are the stores retail associates, to execute processes and procedures that provide a quality shopping experience for all customers and ensure that the store exceeds financial targets. You must be eager to learn and have a positive and friendly attitude.

REPONSIBILITIES

· Build a constant focus on the brand, driving customer engagement, product knowledge and passion for the brand across the store team.

· Set daily and weekly store goals as well as individual stylists’ goals.

· Lead on the shop floor as a brand ambassador and role model of the House’s values.

· Coach and provide feedback to the stylists to deliver the best customer experience possible.

· Create a professional and organized store, ensuring visual merchandising guidelines are followed throughout the store.

· Drive sales across all channels and enhance the customer experience.

· Retain and develop talent.

· Ask for feedback from peers, stylists’ team and managers.

· Inspire a high performing and positive team.

· Continuously raise the bar of the store team through recruitment, training and development.

· Style customers that want help building outfits.

· Inventory Management.

· Ensure the daily operations of the shop including but not limited to maintaining shop’s aesthetic and cleanliness are performed.

· Help build customer base through social media influencing and driving repeat customer sales.

· Support the store as needed.

YOUR SKILLS

· Retail Management experience.

· Interest in fashion and high-end products.

· Flexible to work to meet the needs of the store.

· Experience in apparel and selling.
