Job Title: Retailer Sales Support Assistant (Fluent in Mandarin)

Reports to: Retailer Sales Manager

Compensation: $21-23/hr

Initial Employment Term: 1 Months Training, 2 Months Probation.

About the Company

Cecilia Tech is an expert in the field of plastic injection & Blow molding manufacturing, molds and tools services, product design and development, and automated robotic solutions. We are looking to hire a Retailer Sales Support Assistant who can support our Retailer Sales Manager on a daily basis and communicate with major retail chains’ buyers from Walmart D3 and D19, Dollar General, 99 Cents Only Stores, Family Dollar, The Container Store, Hobby Lobby, etc. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, enthusiastic, attention to detail and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

About the Position

• Support the Retailer Sales Manager in daily administrative and clerical tasks.

• Manage weekly sourcing, quotation, sample prep action items list, coordinate and collaborate with internal departments such as production, sourcing, shipping.

• Manage project trackers of multiple retailers

• Manage and process purchase orders via 3rd party EDI system.

• Interact with the company's Design & Development department to develop account specific custom items

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years accredited Bachelor's degree, preferably in Project management, Economics, Math, or Business major.

• 3 years of professional experience with sales support, experience with managing accounts or plastics manufacturing with major retailers is a plus.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, experience in EDI system is a plus.

• Strong phone presence and communication skills

• Excellent written communication skills through email correspondence

• Possess strong listening and presentation skills

• Demonstrated employment stability

• Good aesthetic taste and passionate about product development

Details:

This is a regular, full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. The expected hours are between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday. Regular hours may vary due to needs of the department. Holiday, weekend, and occasional evening work hours may be required.

Cecilia Tech provides health insurance after candidate passed 3 months probation period.

Employment Term:

The initial employment term for this position is three months from the date of hiring, which includes 1 month training and 2 months probation that are under 1099 contractor status. Cecilia Tech will then offer W-2 after the candidate passed the 3 month probation period.
