We are looking for qualified candidates for a full-time Retirement Specialist role in Manchester, NH! This direct hire opportunity within the healthcare industry is responsible for administering retirement plans, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting employees with questions, among other duties. Our client needs someone with at least five years of prior similar experience and a bachelor’s degree for this role.
Responsibilities of the Retirement Specialist
- Educate employees about retirement plans
- Respond to questions from current and retired employees regarding plan enrollment and benefits
- Process employee information in database
- Assist employees in enrolling into retirement plans
- Ensure database information is accurate
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Retirement Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of similar experience with retirement/pension/benefits plans
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
