Work Schedule: Hybrid - Work From Home 2-3x Per Week

This job contributes to Radiant’s success by reviewing profit and loss statements for accuracy and reasonableness. Performs flux analysis on revenue, cost of sales, and SG&A while commenting on any significant changes. Makes adjusting entries as needed and posts account and revenue corrections in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal account definitions. Initiates, develops, and implements process improvements. Performs miscellaneous and ad hoc reporting.

Specific job requirements include:

• Work with multiple systems and run revenue related reports
• Check reports and postings for accuracy and completeness
• Perform in-depth analysis, present data summary and findings, and keep SOX documentations
• Prepare revenue related journal entries (accruals, reclasses and corrections) for Stations
• Monitor revenue/direct cost clearing accounts (suspense accounts) for TM
• Prepare and review Station P&L and its SG&A calculations
• Support monthly financial closes
• Reconciles general ledger accounts, identifies, and resolves discrepant items timely and accurately
• Analyze data needed in the preparation of the financial statements, budget, and variance reports
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Accounting degree required
• 2+ years accounting experience preferred
• Solid understanding of multiple financial systems and revenue accounting preferred
• Expert level proficiency in excel preferred
• Detail oriented, organized, thorough, excellent follow-through
• Analytical with problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding sensitive employee or company information
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and customers
• Process improvement mindset to produce quality work within deadlines
• Proactive approach to assigned tasks
