Job description
Responsibilities:
The Revenue Audit Clerk is responsible for testing whether actual slot cash collections and payouts agree to electronic amounts in Ballys. The Revenue Audit Clerk reports to the Revenue Audit Supervisor.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Reconciling cash collections to revenue records, for both coin and bill, and investigating significant
variances
Verifying jackpot, hand pay, and machine fill amounts
Comparing bank deposit amounts to Cashier and Accounting records
Testing meter readings
Preparing analytical reports of variances
Filing all paper work as it relates to daily audits
General clerical duties
Performing other duties as assigned by the Revenue Audit Supervisor
Qualifications:
The Revenue Audit Clerk must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED. The individual must be able to pass a private background check, as well as a pre‐employment drug test. The Revenue Audit Clerk should have a minimum of two years of experience in audit or detail‐oriented work. The Revenue Audit Clerk should also have experience in developing and analyzing computer‐generated spreadsheets and
reports. The Revenue Audit Clerk must be able to pull, bend, and squat, and lift up to 50 pounds. The Revenue Audit Clerk must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. The immediate working environment is smoke‐free, but the individual must be able to perform duties in the smoke‐filled environment of the Casino floor and other Casino areas.
***All Spirit Mountain Casino employees must be able to work any shifts, weekends or
holidays.

***All applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED Certification.
