Schedule: Full-time

Shift: 7am-3:30pm (hours may vary)

The role you’ll contribute:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients on the unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of related clinical activities.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Interprets, evaluates and implements physician orders in a timely manner.
• Establishes priorities and plans appropriate/responsible actions accordingly.
• Addresses educational needs of patients and their families.
• Administration knowledge of commonly used drugs/solutions used in the Cardiology and IR procedures.
• Participates in the transfer of patient information to provide for continued quality care.
• Documents all phases of patient status while responsible for their care.
• Provides post procedure hemostasis and correctly apply post procedure dressing.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• ASN/BSN degree
• Current GA RN license
• Current BLS/ACLS required
• One to two years minimum nursing care preferred; previous cath lab, radiology or critical care experience preferred
