St. Teresa’s Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Manchester, NH is a 51-bed facility offering short and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We are looking for an experienced RN or LPN to join our nursing management team. We are offering a $2500 sign-on bonus for this position for full time and a $2000 sign on bonus for part time . We'll pay you based on your experience and offer you a great work environment with generous benefits, including 401(k) plan, medical, dental, life and disability insurance, along with other fringe benefits.

Shift needs;

• 1st Shift; 7am to 3pm
• 3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met
• Follow the resident care plan, recommend change as appropriate
• Seek direction from supervisors as needed and consult with the resident’s attending physician
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
• Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting resident rights and privacy at all times
• Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.

  Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and/or have received the first dose prior to starting
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with recent clinical experience; long-term care experience preferred
• Must possess and maintain a current RN or LPN license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
