Registered Nurse (RN) Part Time, Position in the OR at Northwest Health - Porter Hospital
- Part time: 20 hours per week

About this unit:
The OR at Porter Hospital offers a range of surgical services in almost every medical specialty - everything from general surgery to treat colorectal cancer, gastroesophageal reflux and hernias, to minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical options.
Nurses in the OR can anticipate assisting with the following surgical procedures:
- Breast Cancer Surgery
- Cardiothoracic - Thoracic Surgery
- Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery
- Eye Surgery
- Gallblader/Biliary Surgery
- Gastrointestinal Surgery
- Gynecological Surgery
- Laproscopic Surgery
- Orthopedic Surgery
- Urological Surgery
- Vascular Sugery; and more.

Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required, BSN preferred.
Licensure & Certification:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
- BLS certification must be maintained while in this position
- ACLS certification within 12 months of being hired
