Loving Grace home health is looking for motivated registered nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who have a passion for caring for children along with freedom, flexibility and a family like career environment. Loving Grace hires RN and LPN positions to provide private duty nursing for our patients in the Greater Chicagoland and surrounding 8 county areas. We currently have children in Cook, Kane, Kendall,McHenry, and Lake, DuPage, Grundy, Will counties. Loving Grace is currently hiring RN and LPN positions for Full Time, Part Time, and as needed (PRN)positions. Loving Grace welcomes applications from licensed RN and LPNs. Requirements

• Home Health experience preferred but WILL GLADLY TRAIN MOTIVATED CANDIDATES!

• RN or LPN can make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision.

• RN or LPN must possess the characteristics of courtesy, honesty, and integrity to meet the Loving Grace expectations of quality care.

• RN or LPN must successfully pass a background check

• RN or LPN must have a valid Illinois Driver’s License

• RN or LPN must have CPR for HealthCare Worker’s Certification

• Acceptable I-9 documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States

• Valid RN or LPN in Illinois.

• A copy of a current TB results or Chest X-ray if available.
