Haven Home Health is looking for RN - Regustered Nurse(s) in the Tri Cities, WA Area.
We want multiple registered nurse(s) [RN] with experience providing top notch care.
Position details for Registered Nurses RN

· RN Shift: DAYS/NIGHTS/EVENINGS - (days of week)

RN Responsibilities
· The RN is to Provide health care services in patients residence
· The RN is to Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
· The RN is to Administer simple prescribed medications
· The RN is to Assist with clients personal care activities
· The RN is to Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
· The RN is to Maintain patients care records and document provided services
· The RN is to Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
· The RN is to Collect routine specimens
· The RN is to Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Requirements/Skills
- RN license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (required)
- Good Communication and Problem Solving skills
- Valid Drivers license/Auto Insurance with clean driving record
- Valid CPR Card
