BSN, MSN, or currently enrolled in RN-BSN program.

Minimum of one year RN experience providing direct nursing care to the end-stage renal disease patients, experience must be within the past three years.

Two years or more of clinical experience as a RN caring for hemodialysis patients.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

For Chronic Renal Care Coordinator: must have current clinical experience as a RN caring for chronic hemodialysis patients, experience within the past three years.
POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE
As related to the health care service setting, the RN Renal Coordinator is a nurse that provides timely intervention as appropriate to the renal patient's health condition and needs through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including physicians.
