We have experienced a huge increase in nursing visits within the past several months, and we need your help!

We are a home health and hospice agency providing services in clients' homes from Green Bay to Kenosha and from Oconomowoc to Lake Michigan. Our home office is located in Germantown, with a branch offices in Fond du Lac, Appleton and Waukesha.
Our clients reside in assisted living facilities, their private home, or wherever home may be. We bring the care to them.
Are you a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) and interested in working 2 days per week and getting paid for 5 days and receive full-time benefits?
Work 24 hours per weekend-12 hours every Saturday and 12 hours every Sunday-and get paid for 36 hours!!
We are currently in need of a weekend Baylor position Registered Nurse
to cover our Milwaukee and Waukesha County territories.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Performing routine nursing visits
- OASIS start of cares
- Providing wound care - we take great pride in being a preferred provider for several local wound care clinics
- Setting up and reconciling medications
- Providing catheter care
- Providing IV care
- Excellent communication skills with clients, families, doctors, facility staff, and co-workers is a must to be successful in this role
- Ability to work independently
- Good organization and time management skills are also critical
Experienced home health RNs are preferred; however, applicants new to the home health field are welcome to apply. All staff receives thorough training to set them up for success.
