Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Roofers for projects located in and around Patuxent River, MD. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $45/hour based on experience & skill level plus $125/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
- Clean off entire roof
- Remove all loose debris leaving surface of roof free of all dirt & ready for repair application
- Renew all damaged & deteriorated sections in roofs using .60 Firestone EPDM fully adhered to roof using LVOC Firestone glue adhesive
- Renew the base of all inserts in roofs including all vents, stacks, & AC units using Firestone EPDM flashing rubber fully adhered with 2 sided seam tape
- Replace all gutters as needed including downspouts
- Flood coat entire roof & wall flashings using an industrial grade karnak aluminum
- Roof coating, sealing entire roof completely
