WindMar Home is looking for a multi-skilled Roofing Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will inspect roof conditions and approve according to safety regulations to start the installation process. The Roof Foreman will oversee our Installation team to ensure the completion of projects area is safely and on time. Also, provide leadership and direction to our installation and construction team to successfully meet project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise installations crew during installation, repair, or removal projects to ensure the quality of work performed meet industry standards.
• Inspect the roofing construction site to meet safety procedures and regulations.
• Report inspection results to the Installation Team
• Maintain strong relationships with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Direct and motivate project team to achieve project goals.

Requirement:

• High school diploma.
• 5+ years of construction or roof experience.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Knowledge in construction and roof installation process
• Experience in commercial and residential roofing.
• Ability to climb stairs and get on/off roofs.
• Excellent math skills.
• Attention to detail.
• OSHA certification (preferred).
• Work under pressure
• Communications skills
• Time management
• Organizational skills
• Bilingual
