Route Sales Representative
Dieffenbach's Potato Chips is a third-generation family business. We are growing and looking for candidates who want to grow with us! We have 2 state-of-the-art production plants with on-site manufacturing, packaging, and fulfilment. We currently have a need for a Route Sales Representative to cover New Holland, Parkesburg, Lancaster, Quarryville and Morgantown PA. The Route Sales Representative is responsible for operating a company vehicle to sell and deliver products to meet sales goals. Develop sales strategies, maintain existing customers and grow your client base. Render services and collect money for customers.
Functions of the Job
- Adhere to all current GMP's, food safety requirements and company policies
- Meet sales goals and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability by developing leads/prospects and calling on prospective customers to solicit business
- Be on the job by 6am
- Manage inventories, load truck
- Time management
- Merchandising
- Maintain company vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
