We're excited to meet you! Our Ideal Roving Facilities Technician:

A Mark-Taylor a Roving Facilities Technician assists in the daily upkeep of the physical building, apartment units, property exterior and common area appearance in accordance with Mark-Taylor Residential standards. Roving Facilities Technicians are required to have reliable transportation and will be expected to assist at multiple communities.. You're also service-oriented, always going above and beyond for those you serve. You will represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

The Work You'll Do:

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including property walks and landscaping assessments
• BBQ Grill, pool maintenance, touch up painting of exterior amenities, pressure washing breezeways
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of community grounds
• Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to residents
• Other duties as assigned
