A salad/dessert (s/d) staff employee is responsible for making the salads and the preparing of desserts.A s/d staff employee is responsible for the prep of salad ingredients. This includes washing and cutting lettuce, grating hard-boiled eggs, dicing mushrooms and washing and deveining spinach. On the dessert side, slicing fruit, making whipped cream and serving ice cream are a few of their responsibilities.
A s/d staff employee is responsible for the presentation of the plated desserts that are served by the servers to the guests
Team members must have a cooperative attitude and be willing to follow directions.
