We are an outdoor lifestyle apparel and graphic design company located in St. Augustine, Florida. We're looking for a fun, outgoing, positive person to manage our accounts. This person will communicate with our clients, not be afraid of sales, manage our social media accounts and handle basic bookkeeping with Quickbooks. Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a huge plus (but not required) since we are in the graphic design business. Must be proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel. Must also be a self-thinker and self-starter because this job is not fit for someone who needs to be constantly guided all day long.

Bookkeeping Knowledge, Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Standard Mac Computers
• Customer Service
• Sales Calls
• Quickbooks Pro: AR / AP / Billing
• Microsoft Suite, Primarily Excel and Word
• Spreadsheet & Inventory Management
• Account Management / Order Processing
• Calculating and Paying Royalties
• Filing and Organizing Account Information
• Making Calls to Prospective Clients
• Shipping
• Payroll Processing

Additional Creative and Marketing Skills, Preferred but not Required:

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Amazon
• Google Ad words
• Google Marketplace
• Copyrighting
• Mailchimp
