Job Profile and Objectives

The digital marketing director is an integral part of the marketing team, overseeing all digital internal and external digital marketing efforts. This position provides strategic and creative direction on key efforts including social media management, email marketing, video and graphic production, website management and more.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee all digital marketing needs.

- Serve as internal consultant to management and marketing best practices and provide guidance on industry norms and developments.

- Provide innovative strategy and creative solutions, from concept to completion, for marketing campaigns, including photo, video, web and any other digital media.

- Turn marketing objectives into creative campaign with detail through all phases of a project.

- Review digital analytics and provide metrics

- Build and distribute all email marketing

- Drive online advertising via digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords and other strategic platforms.

- Post, comment, moderate and maintain all official social media for the agency (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok) including all ancillary fan/group pages and Google reviews.

- Oversee digital/social media budget.

Work Location: Under direct supervision of the Leadership, the purpose of the position is to provide local marketing efforts to increase traffic and customers to our stores. This is a commission based job with a cap at $500,000 per year.
