We're looking for a talented Sales Assistant to join our growing asset management team. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. In this role, you will offer support to enhance the sales team’s operational reach, speed, and capabilities in helping to identify sales prospects that align to the team’s needs. The ideal candidate has an interest to grow within the company to become a full time sales person/ portfolio manager. A successful candidate must be an independent problem solver who can resolve problems using all available resources, take ownership of tasks, and escalate matters as necessary.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource to the Sales team, and to clients
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales, customer success, and administration departments
  • Oversee and distribute incoming and outgoing email
  • Proactively participate in the firm’s initiatives directed by local management
  • Maintain daily tracking of the CRM system and ensure information is relevant and up to date
  • Analyze inbound prospects and conduct first discovery email
  • Help organize first discovery call/zoom meetings between prospects and the ales team
  • Support the sales process by organizing data and marketing email packages
  • Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain status on policies, procedures, and risk awareness
  • Perform administrative duties that support daily sales operations, including but not limited to, telephone coverage and document maintenance

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of client-facing sales assistant experience, preferably in financial services
  • Bachelors Degree or Above preferred
  • Series 7/63 Licenses is a plus
  • Desire to be helpful in any way needed to support the team, program, and organization
  • Ability to act on own initiative and make decisions
  • Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace, HelloSign, Calendly, Zoom, Slack
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and workflow
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote first evolving environment
