WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Sales Assistant - Product Genius is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service in the vehicle delivery process. This position works directly with guests complete the delivery process of their new vehicle including: an overview of all safety and technology features, getting the guest's phone synced and settings input, and being the point of contact for guests regarding any feature questions regarding their new vehicle. This position serves as the technology and brand expert for their vehicle manufacturer and teaches out any new feature and technology updates to our sales advisors.

This position is an excellent entry-level role for those looking to get into the automotive sales industry.

While previous sales or service experience in any area may be helpful, it is not required! We offer fully paid training for learning the negotiation free sales process, mastering your brand's models, and more!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday shifts ranging 830a-600p, Friday ranging 830a-600p, Saturday 830a-500p. Sunday and one weekday off. One Saturday off per month in exchange for working a weekday.
Pay starting at $15.00/hour based on experience
