A Successful ‪Sales Associate should be able to:

• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for all customers and fellow associates.
• use social media to drive sales (tiktok, IG)
• Achieve or exceed all individual and team sales goals/standards.
• ‪Maintain a superior level of customer service.
• Be able to work with monthly sales goals and meeting monthly sales goals.
• Explain the features and benefits of jewelry, diamonds, and watches to customers.
• ‪Be able to successfully assist customers in the purchase of all items available.
• Use product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products to customers
• ‪Respond timely to customer inquiries, needs, and problems.
• ‪Perform daily activities in a timely manner including the housekeeping and inventory needs of the store.
• Identify opportunities and successes in the moment to optimize sales.

Required Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: 2-5 years
• Flexibility be able to work days, weekends, and on holidays
• Language Skills an asset
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Business acumen, metrics, Key performance indicators
• Possess the drive to succeed
• Have a strong work ethic and team player mentality
