Who We Are Looking For:

As a Sales Associate, you will be shaping the customer experience from the moment a customer walks in the door. Each sales associate will be responsible for greeting, checking in and owning the experience from start to finish.

During peak hours, they will be assisted by Assistant Retail Managers at cash wrap, and security can assist with ID verification and check in.

They will need to reach and maintain monthly sales goals with the assistance of the team. Maintain less than $5.00 difference from expected daily cash drawer total. Adhere to labor policy, BCC Regulations and retail policy.

Responsibilities:

• Reaching sales goals
• Promoting daily sales, promotional skus
• Knowledge of all products in inventory available for sale
• Educated recommendations based off customer feedback
• Drawer accuracy
• Keeping the store clean and organized
• Keeping record on customer suggestions on policies and products

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21+ years of age!
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
