Matt Blatt, a leading automotive dealership group, is looking for entry level & mid level sales professionals to assist with our In-store Sales & Marketing initiatives.

This individual must be motivated, hard working and be able to work within a team environment. There is room for growth within the company.

Salary, plus bonuses and benefits. Automotive sales experience not required. Alternative sales experience desired. Paid training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Taking time to build relationships with customers in order to understand their true needs
• Use your knowledge of the Matt Blatt inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications

Qualifications and Skills

• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
• High level of self-motivation
• Friendly Personality
• High School Graduate
• Valid Driver's License

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
