Job description
Successful candidates will be honest, able to demonstrate past sales and customer service excellence, be aggressive and organized, and truly enjoy working with our customers to provide a one-of-a-kind, "knock their socks off" finished pool product. We are a custom builder, so our projects are limited only to your imagination. Past pool sales experience is a plus, as is experience working with Pool Design Software. You must be dependable, willing to get to work right away, and enjoy outside and inside sales. You would set your own schedule, which may include evenings and weekends as clients are available. We offer aggressive commission plans with immense earnings. Above-average salespeople make $100,000 to $120,000.00 annually.

Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for driving and increasing pool sales
- Serve as a key resource for all customers within a designated geography
- Utilize pool design software
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and drive the selling effort by training and coaching store and field personnel to achieve sales and profit objectives.
