Epsilon Systems Solutions is seeking a part-time Sales Development Representative.

Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Epsilon Systems will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company's Environmental Health and Safety software, EHS Desk. The SDR will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through a variety of channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, and setting up virtual product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of EHS Desk.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform a high-volume outbound cold-calling
  • Research prospective clients
  • Generate sales of products and services
  • Gain and Maintain a knowledge of the industry and the EHS Desk product, and any previous experience in SaaS sales or software sales can be a plus.
  • Work with the sales team to create targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive new business.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year related work experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers and the public.
  • The ability to multi-task, work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and processes simultaneously while still delivering quotes in a timely fashion.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Must be confident and optimistic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Have a strong ability to form business relationships.

  • Position requires the ability to hear and communicate clearly, orally and in writing.
  • Uses vision to view screens, create and review documents; requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Capable of using a keyboard effectively.
  • Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.
  • Office environment. Must be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
