What you’ll be doing
This position is mostly work-from-home, but with a hybrid requirement to go into our office in Austin, Texas for a minimum of one day per week. The Adecco Group believes in offering autonomy and flexibility to work in the way that makes you most productive.

As a Sales Director you will maintain and expand established accounts to increase sales and gross margin dollars, as well as source, develop and secure profitable new business to maximize our Modis/Akkodis growth potential. This role requires drive and passion balanced with a strong desire to collaborate with a team. The Sales Director is responsible for maintaining and growing their own book of business while overseeing the work of other professionals. You will assist with establishing and implementing sales strategies while mentoring, coaching and training sales professionals in your region.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience
  • Staffing and employment and/or recruiting would be an asset
  • IT knowledge would be preferred
