In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales operations. This is a leadership role and will oversee the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned teams within the sales department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with Buyers and Accounts
  • Lead a Sales Team
    • Mentor and coach associates
    • Provide quality feedback
    • Manage performance and KPIs
  • Manage and grow current business while consistently looking for new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales, shipping & margin goals on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basis
  • Maintain, manage and execute new business prospect list
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements and/or recommend new products
  • Understand Market and Pricing Structures
  • Build and maintain industry network base
  • Understand and Analyze Customers Sales Plan and our Performance
  • Create Selling Forecasts
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries
