European Wax Center is currently seeking Guest Service Associates to join our amazing team with an expertise in sales! RESPONSIBILITES:
- Explains the benefits of regular waxing to all prospective guest utilizing our Wax Pass Saving Plans. Must maintain corporate standard for wax pass sales.
- Well versed in Sales and Objection Handling
- Exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Daily management of the reservation book through a software platform
- Keeps the center organized, well maintained, and clean at all times.
- A professional demeanor at all times
- A team player mentality
- Flexible, open availability
- The ability to work in a fun, fast paced environment.
