We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager who is ready for a change of scenery, or potentially an All-Star salesman looking for a new role. You have two great products, TOGETHER in one location! This makes us one of a kind in Nebraska!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication skills
• A willingness to learn and better themselves through continuous training, workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Proficient with technology
• Capable of leading a team to success
• Has excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Can handle and resolve conflict
• Has experience selling cars
• Possesses critical thinking skills
• Having experience with finance in the automotive industry is a plus
• Capable of handling themselves professionally
• Capability to hold to the processes of the dealership and enforce them
• Possesses exceptional customer serviceability
• Willingness to be part of the team and continue to move the dealership toward its full potential

Sales experience in the Automotive Industry is a MUST. Applicants without management experience (or very little) in the Automotive Industry COULD still be potential prospects.

*F&I experience is a plus!*

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
