Job description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives while attaining team quotas set with acceptable profitability. They will assist with the sales process and use competitive strategies within accounts.
ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES:
- Establishing strategies and working with sales personnel.
- Account management through sales personnel.
- Establishing high level contacts with competitive accounts.
- Developing a team to produce to their maximum possible.
- Allowing for individual differences, but developing the members of the team.
