Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and communication to executives and ownership stakeholders. This is a sales and management role; this individual will be calling on customers and closing sales in addition to helping guide internal sales and marketing functions. This role includes up to 50% travel.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and account mgmt. teams.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and account mgmt. teams.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
- Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
