Club Pilates, a national leader in luxury fitness, is looking for an amazing Sales Manager to join our team at our Waco, TX studio! The candidate we are seeking is sales driven and motivated to lead our studio to success!

POSITION: This will be a full-time position overseeing front desk sales and membership operations, as well as lead sales at all studio Intro classes. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience, with previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Front Desk employees.

  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships, private training and retail.

  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.

  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit!

  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement and positive demeanor.

  • An affinity and passion for fitness.

  • Professional writing and grammar skills.

  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Professional, punctual, and reliable with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, members and the general public.

  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software (ClubReady).

  • Growth opportunities available based on performance.

DUTIES:

  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes via phone contact

  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking

  • Membership and retail sales

  • Manage staff schedule

  • Supervise Front Desk Sales Staff

  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

  • Enforce studio policies and procedures

  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

  • Any other duties as assigned
