Sales Professional
Best Choice Roofing is seeking 4-6 highly motivated Sales Professionals to join our fast- growing team! Our office does work anywhere in an hour radius of ____________.
The average sales professional at BCR makes between $76,425–$119,800/year with our top sales professionals bringing home north of $200,000 annually! Average weekly commission checks will typically be between $1,500-$3,500.

Responsibilities:
Represent Best Choice Roofing professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert in our industry.
Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills.
Perform roof inspections (drones can be used if a roof is too steep).
Assist homeowners filing insurance claims for property damage due to storm damage/catastrophic events.
Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, and properly contract jobs.
All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role– from qualifying customers to closing contracts.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
Positive, engaging, and passionate about what you do.
Outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven.
Must have reliable transportation.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Must have a smart-phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections.
Must be able to pass a background check
