Position Summary

The new full-time position of Sales Professional for Athens Crossing by Four Seasons will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and coordination of marketing, sales, admissions, and public relations programs for Athens Crossing by Four Seasons.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Participates in the development of the community marketing plan and is responsible for the implementation of that plan to include all sales/occupancy goals.
• Conducts interviews and tours for prospective residents.
• Meets and exceeds annual sales goals and occupancy goals as defined in the annual marketing plan.
• Coordinates new resident orientation and occupancy of apartments (move-ins) with other department managers. Serves as the liaison with resident welcome committee.
• Assists in the coordination of community marketing events and coordinates the inclusion of prospective residents at these events.
• Collects all application fees, escrow deposits, entrance fees, and other admission-related charges and routes the payments appropriately.
• Our new Sales Professional will also be responsible for activities and programming focused on life enrichment and wellness of Athens Crossing residents

Qualifications

• College education and degree preferred.
• Must have training and experience in marketing/sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Advanced computer-related skills and familiarity with standard office software and equipment.
• Must enjoy working with the senior population.
• Experience working with customer relationship management software a plus
