Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced sales representatives to join as School Partnership team and grow our presence in schools across the nation. KidzToPros is seeking a high-performing, sharp, agile, and energized individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment. In this role, you will reach out to private and public schools and school districts in your assigned territory to develop partnerships and establish KidzToPros programs in their school. This is a full-time exempt position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build, maintain, and manage a highly productive pipeline.
  • Prospect and identify key decision-makers to develop opportunities.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to inbound inquiries via phone calls and emails.
  • Explain how KidzToPros brings value to school communities and growth efforts.
  • Document all activities, lead dispositions, and insights within ActiveCampaign
  • Consistently achieve qualified quotas to ensure the revenue objectives of the growth team.
  • Maintain clear communication and work through challenges with Account executives.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a proven track record of over-achieving monthly and quarterly goals
  • Experience in successfully managing a high volume of client interactions, via email and phone.
  • Experience working in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a sales representative or business development manager.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in education related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
