Full or Part-time - We are currently searching for a Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, progressive team. The ideal candidate for this position will be an individual who is self-motivated and is not afraid to call potential customers and offer our services. You must be very tenacious, and dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. The successful candidate for this position will have a high level of integrity, a positive attitude, and the capacity to develop long-term relationships with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions over the phone or online.
• Make outgoing phone calls each day to prospective clients.
• Escalate issues to management and follow up on results.
• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Knowledge of the company's services.
• Have basic knowledge of computers.
