We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is committed to providing the best service possible to our customers. The successful candidate will be experienced in customer service and problem resolution, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where they can quickly respond to customer requests. This position will require some weekend hours availability and the right candidate will be able to provide dependable, hard-working leadership for our team. This position is mainly in our Lumber Yard, but not limited to the Lumber Yard as we all do what is needed to make our customer service the #1 priority.

Responsibilities:

• Listen to customers' problems and offer solutions.
• Be able to lift 80lbs
• Have strong communication skills.
• Forklift Operator Cerification a plus but will train
• Shipping and receiving
• Manage customer expectations and be flexible enough to handle any situation.
• Understand the company's products and services.
• Be a team player and be able to work with co-workers in a variety of situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
