Job Description:

Our Sales Scheduling Manager plays a crucial role in the company's sales operations. Managing a team of 10-12 individuals, you will maintain schedules, check in with team members, pull statistics, and perform audits. Not only will you work directly with the Setter Verification team members, but also with setters, closers, and customers to streamline the appointment setting process. Unlike other environments, this isn't just about making or taking phone calls. We balance an environment of communicating with multiple individuals, working on account workflows, and data entry off the phone as well. You must create solutions with minimal direction and see them through to completion.

Essential Duties:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and texts from customers and sales representatives in a timely manner
  • Perform audits.
  • Have regular check-ins with team members.
  • Have a working knowledge of company roles, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain Employee schedules.
  • Balance time between the day-to-day operations of the team and management duties.
  • Contribute ideas to process improvement (problem solving)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Customer service experience.
  • 1 year of management experience.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Excel.
  • Manage time adeptly and remain organized, even during our busiest times.
  • Be versatile and adaptable when faced with new challenges.
  • Be a go-getter who is willing to take on responsibility, solve issues, and create results.
  • Work as a team, encourage others, and expect hard work.
