- Meet monthly qualification goals from leads provided
- Create and manage a monthly sales action plan to engage franchisee leads
- Schedule prospects for follow up consultation with a sales representative
- Communicate new franchise information with Operations and Technical Teams
- Organize and store necessary franchise information in Salesforce
- Create start-up forms for all new franchisees
- Establish website addresses
- Create agenda and coordinate key support from other departments for franchise discovery days
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant field preferred
- Experience with SMARTSHEET, Salesforce, and mapping programs is preferred
- Ability to resolve conflicts promptly and effectively
- Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and/or customer-focused experience
